These terms cover use of the ossorocreative.com website only. They are separate from — and don’t replace — the service agreement you’d sign with Ossoro Creative for an actual website or marketing project, which has its own scope, payment, and liability terms specific to that engagement.
Using this site
You’re welcome to browse this site, use the contact form, and try the social post builder. Please don’t use the site to submit false or malicious information, try to disrupt or overload it, or scrape it for purposes beyond normal browsing.
The post builder is only a preview
The social post builder on this site is a design preview. It assembles a mock post in your browser from a few fixed templates. The business name you type into it is not sent to us or stored, and the preview isn’t a real post or a promise of exactly how your own content will look.
Payments and refunds
Nothing is sold or paid for through this website. When you hire Ossoro Creative, pricing, payment schedule, cancellation, and refund terms are written into that project’s signed service agreement before any work starts, and that agreement is what applies.
Content and intellectual property
The design, code, copy, and branding on this site belong to Ossoro Creative. You’re welcome to link to it; please don’t copy the design or content wholesale for another site.
Some photographs on this site are licensed from Unsplash and remain the work of their photographers. The people shown are not Ossoro Creative clients or employees and don’t endorse us. Platform names such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Google belong to their owners and are used only to describe the platforms we work on; we aren’t affiliated with or endorsed by them.
No warranty
This site is provided as-is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we don’t guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and information on it (pricing mentioned in passing, timelines, examples) is illustrative, not a binding quote — an actual quote comes from a conversation about your specific project.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Ossoro Creative isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. For anything related to an actual paid engagement, the liability terms in that project’s signed service agreement govern instead of this page.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
