Privacy Policy

Ossoro Creative (“Ossoro Creative,” “we,” “us”) operates ossorocreative.com. This page explains what information we collect from visitors to this site, why, and what choices you have. It does not cover how we handle data inside a client’s own website, ad accounts, or social media accounts — that’s governed by the service agreement for that specific engagement.

Information we collect

  • Contact form submissions — your name, email, company (optional), and whatever you write in the message field, when you submit the form on our Contact page.
  • Post builder inputs — the business name you type into the social post builder on this site. The preview is built entirely in your browser, so what you type there is not sent to us or stored anywhere.
  • Analytics — only if you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages get visited. See Cookies below.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used only to respond to your inquiry — to follow up about a potential project, answer a question, or schedule a call. We don’t sell contact information, and we don’t use it for anything beyond the reason you submitted it. Analytics data is used in aggregate to understand how the site is performing and where to improve it.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We use a few service providers to run this site and respond to you, and they process data only on our behalf:

  • Vercel, which hosts this website.
  • Google: Gmail (we receive your form submission by email), Google Calendar (we add a reminder to follow up with you), and Google Analytics (only if you accept cookies).
  • A text-message provider (Twilio), if enabled, to send us a short alert that a new inquiry arrived. We never text you unless you ask us to.

We may also disclose information if required by law.

Cookies

This site doesn’t need cookies to work. The only optional cookies are from Google Analytics, which tell us how many people visit and which pages they read (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser type, and the site that referred you). When you first visit, we ask whether you accept them:

  • If you accept, Google Analytics sets cookies such as _ga, which last up to two years.
  • If you decline or don’t choose, no analytics cookies are set. Google may still receive basic, cookieless signals (for example that a page loaded) that can’t identify you across visits.
  • We save your choice in your browser’s local storage so we don’t ask again. You can change it at any time with the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiries only as long as we need them to reply, follow up, and keep a record of our conversation. If you become a client, your service agreement covers project records. Google Analytics data is deleted after no more than 14 months.

Children

This site is meant for businesses and isn’t directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect their information; if you believe a child has sent us something, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Your choices

You can ask what information we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing contact@ossorocreative.com, using the Contact page or calling (980) 210-4298. We’ll respond within 30 days. You can also block or clear cookies in your browser settings at any time.

Changes to this policy

We’ll update the date at the top of this page if this policy changes in any meaningful way.
